Migrate is a healthcare recruitment platform helping international healthcare professionals connect with international career opportunities. Focused on accessibility, transparency, and support, the platform simplifies both recruitment and relocation for candidates pursuing healthcare careers abroad.
Odd partnered with Migrate to develop a modern visual identity capable of building trust with healthcare professionals while positioning the business as a progressive alternative to traditional recruitment agencies.


The existing branding lacked clarity, consistency, and personality. It failed to communicate the professionalism and support at the core of the Migrate experience, making it difficult to establish trust with both healthcare candidates and employers.
The challenge was to create a healthcare recruitment brand that felt credible, approachable, and scalable across digital platforms while standing apart in a highly competitive market.



Odd delivered a complete visual identity system inspired by movement, progression, and opportunity. The branding was designed to feel modern, human, and globally accessible while supporting Migrate’s long-term growth ambitions.
The project included logo design, typography, colour systems, and scalable visual assets designed for use across recruitment campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and future marketing materials.
Every element of the identity was built to improve clarity, strengthen trust, and position Migrate as a modern healthcare recruitment platform built around people first.


The final identity gave Migrate a more professional and recognisable presence within the healthcare recruitment industry, helping improve brand perception and strengthen trust with international healthcare professionals.
The updated branding created greater consistency across digital touchpoints while giving the business a scalable foundation for future growth, recruitment marketing, and platform expansion.
